研究了不同高温扩散工艺制度对GCr15轴承钢碳化物析出形态和组织力学性能的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件,试验结果表明:采用1 250℃加热,保温2 h,轧材碳化物液析和碳化物带状可满足相关标准要求.%The influences of different high temperature diffusing process on carbide precipitation morphology and mechanical properties of bearing steel GCrl5 are researched, and the optimum technological conditions are determined. The results show that heated to 1 250 ℃ and holding for 2 hours, the liquation carbide and zonal carbide of rolled metal are able to meet the related standard requirement.
