采用专门研制的试验机对某型号陀螺转子轴承进行了精度寿命模拟试验,观察了失效轴承零件外观,确定了轴承精度寿命的分布类型,并进行了可靠性分析.最后进行了陀螺电动机通电寿命试验,结果表明,该型轴承具有很大的使用潜力,而且由极大似然法对精度寿命模拟试验数据估计得到的可靠性寿命,较为符合陀螺转子轴承的真实寿命.%The wear life simulation experiment of a type of gyrorotor bearing is carried out by using specially - designed testing machine, the appearance of failure bearing parts is observed. The distribution type of bearing wear life is determined , and reliability is analyzed. Finally, the life experiment for gyro motor is carried out. The result shows that the type of gyrorotor bearing is very potential, and the reliable life of gyrorotor bearing, based on the maximum likelihood estimation, is close to the real life of gyrorotor bearing.
