There are many protection modes of the intangible cultural heritage. And establishing files for the intangible cultural heritage is one of the impor⁃tant protection modes.In China,the intangible cultural heritage archiving has started late,it has made some achievements and also had some problems.From the four links ,which are the collection, the classification, the identification and the utilization did this paper ex⁃plores that Web2.0 promote the intangible cultural heritage archiving based on summarizing the necessi⁃ty and feasibility of applying Web2.0 to the intangible cultural heritage archiving.%非物质文化遗产（以下简称“非遗”）建档是非遗保护与传承的重要形式之一。我国的非遗建档保护起步较晚，虽取得了一些成就，但也存在一定的问题。本文探讨了Web2.0技术对我国非遗建档保护的促进，在总结Web2.0技术引入非遗建档必要性与可行性的基础上，从收集、分类、鉴定和宣传四个环节进行详细阐述。
