目的 对电子血压计进行准确性检测,保证临床使用的安全性和准确性.方法 基于电子血压计的原理结构,采用BP Pump 2型无创血压模拟器对电子血压计进行准确性检测并分析,检测项目包括外观、性能、血压示值重复性、血压测量准确性等.结果 两种型号的电子血压计示值重复性和测量准确性存在明显差异.结论 开展准确性检测是保障电子血压计临床使用安全性和准确性的必要内容.%Objective To carry out accuracy detection of electronic sphygmomanometer to ensure the safety and accuracy of clinical practice. Methods Based on the principle of electronic sphygmomanometer, BP Pump 2 noninvasive blood pressure simulator was used to detect and analyze the electronic sphygmomanometer, and the test items included appearance, performance, blood pressure indication repeatability and measurement accuracy. Results Significant differences existed in the blood pressure indication repeatability and measurement accuracy of the two kinds of electronic sphygmomanometers. Conclusions It is necessary to carry out accuracy detection to ensure the safety and accuracy of clinical practice of electronic sphygmomanometer.
