手术过程中有效的体温维持,有利于降低术后病人的心血管疾病和感染等并发症的发生概率.本研究中,以空气为介质,将其温热后输送到覆盖于手术病人非手术区域的防护毯中,以实现对手术病人体表温度的维持.利用试制样机对136例病人进行了临床应用,结果显示上述方法能够对手术病人体温施行有效的维持.此研究为手术患者提供一种新的体温维持方法和手段,应用该设备可以促进患者的术后康复.%During operation the maintenance of body temperature is helpful to reduce some risks and complications such as postoperative cardiovascular disease and infection. In this study, some warm air was utilized as medium and transferred into the part of the protective blanket, where was not in surgical region. This method was used to achieve the maintenance of body surface temperature of patients. In the prototype trials of 136 patients, experimental result showed that the body temperature of patients could be effectively maintained.This study would provide a new method and means to promote patient's postoperative rehabilitation.
