医用头灯HB LED驱动电路的研究

         

摘要

Objective The medical headlights are of the features such as portability, directional lighting, and high brightness. However, the prices of the products are relatively high and the power supplies are cumbersome at present. Methods We proposed a lighting solution to the medical headlight using LM3410 constant current driver and the high brightness light-emitting diode (HB LED) to meet clinical demands. The LED brightness could be adjusted using a pulse width modulation (PWM) signal. Results The relationship between PWM duty cycle and LED average current were experimentally presented and the problems of the design for LM3410 as LED driver were discussed. Conclusions The medical headlight driving circuit based on LM3410 chip had the strongpoints as small volume, low input voltage and adjustability of light, which had certain theoretical significance and utility value.%目的 医用头灯具有携带方便、定向照明和高亮度等特点,但目前国内外产品价格昂贵且电源笨重.方法 本文结合临床实际使用需求,以高亮度发光二极管 (high brightness light-emitting diode,HB LED)为光源,提出一种用LM3410恒流升压器驱动的医用头灯照明方案,利用改变脉宽的方法调节LED亮度.结果 通过电路实验给出了脉冲宽度调制(pulse width modulation,PWM)波形占空比和LED平均电流的关系,并讨论了采用LM3410设计LED驱动电路时应注意的问题.结论 基于LM3410芯片的医用头灯驱动电路具有体积小、输入电压低、LED亮度可调等优点,具有一定理论意义和实用价值.
