钛铸造表面改性增强钛-瓷结合强度的研究

         

摘要

目的 探讨通过含SiO2-ZrO2的内包埋材料改性铸钛表面,来增强钛-瓷结合强度的可行性.方法 将含有SiO2和ZrO2的内包埋材料用经盐酸酸化的正硅酸乙酯调试成稀糊状,涂在蜡型将要烤瓷一侧,铸造完成的试样为实验组;对照组为未涂覆内包埋材料的蜡型,铸造完成的试样表面进行喷砂处理.分别对铸造体表面进行扫描电镜及X线衍射分析.按ISO 9693标准制备钛-瓷试样,用三点弯曲试验测定其结合强度;BSEM观察钛-瓷结合界面.实验数据进行统计学分析.结果 实验组铸造体表面可见Ti5Si3、SiO2和ZrO2存在,钛-瓷结合强度为41.49MPa,与对照组的差异有显著统计意义(P<0.05).实验组钛-瓷结合的界面紧密均匀,而对照组钛瓷界面见明显氧化层.结论 使用含SiO2和ZrO2的内包埋材料通过铸造方法形成的SiO2-ZrO2中间层可提高钛-瓷结合强度.%Objective To investigate the effect of SiO2·ZrO2modification on the bonding strength of Ti-porcelain. Methods Inner investment materials containing SiO2 and ZrO2 were prepared by mixing SiO2 and ZrO2 with tetraethoxy silane, and acidification liquid was added as a catalyst Wax patterns were coated with inner investment materials, the patterns without coating were used as control. Casting surfaces were analyzed with scanning electronic microscopy and X-ray diffraction ( SEM/XRD) , while Ti-porcelain interfaces were characterized using Backscattered Electron Imaging (BEI). Metal-ceramic specimens were tested in three point bending according to the protocol of ISO 9693-1999. Results In experimental group, Ti-porcelain had a compacted interface and SiO2,ZrO2 and Ti5Si3 phases were found. The bond strength of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group (P <0. 05). Conclusion SiO2- ZrO2 surface modification through cast method can significantly improve Ti-porcelain bond strength.
