柱锥结合罩射流成型过程数值模拟研究

         

摘要

For better study on jet formation mechanism of the Cylinder-Cone liner, the model of Cylinder-Cone Shaped Charge with shell was formed and simulated. The law of maximum velocity of the top jet and the jet was obtained,and we analyzed the change trend of time course curve and its cause. For specifial structure of the CylinderCone liner,the LS-DYNA was used to simulate the process of jet formation with reasonable material and arithmetic.The results show that the double-cone liner with upper bigger cone angle and lower invariable cone angle is formed during the collapse process. The initial shape of jet top of the Cylinder-Cone Shaped Charge is thin, and become thicker gradually. With the mass transmission to the top jet continuously,the mass of the top jet accumulated.%为了更好地研究柱锥结合罩的成型机理,建立了带壳体柱锥结合罩战斗部仿真计算模型;得出了射流头部速度与射流最大速度变化规律;并分析了时程曲线的变化趋势以及产生这种变化的原因.针对柱锥结合罩结构的特殊性,合理的选用材料模型及单元算法等参数,运用LS-DYNA 3D对射流的形成进行了数值模拟.研究结果表明:柱锥结合罩在压垮过程中会形成上部锥角较大、下部锥角不变的双锥罩;射流形成初期射流头部较细、其后逐渐加粗;随着指向射流头部的质量输送作用持续进行,射流头部产生了质量堆积现象.
