本文介绍了德国VDI 3807及美国ENERGY STAR所采用的能耗基准确定方法,并应用北京市多栋办公建筑的相关数据对其进行了验证.在分析验证结果的基础上,总结了2种计算方法的优缺点以及其在北京地区办公建筑中的适用性.结合我国在能耗定额确定方面存在的问题及困难,对将来在我国开展此项工作提供了一些建议.%In this paper, the determination methods of energy consumption benchmarking of Germany VDI 3807 and United States ENERGY STAR were introduced, and the corresponding data of official buildings in Beijing was used to validate their effectiveness. Based on the analysis, the advantages and disadvantages of these methods and their applicability in Beijing were discussed. Besides,the problems and difficulties for setting up the energy consumption benchmarking in China were pointed out,and several suggestions for carrying out this work were provided.
