“后职称”背景下四川省城区中小学体育教师专业发展的目的及其影响因素研究

         

摘要

研究通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、因子分析法对四川省城区中小学“后职称”(完成小学高级教师、中学高级教师职称评定)的体育教师专业发展的目的及其影响因素进行分析。研究结果表明,专业发展的目的:更新学科知识,更新技能技术,更新教学方法,开发运用课程和教学实践新策略,提高教学效率。加薪,奖励,晋升,跳槽,实现人生价值,提升社会地位。影响专业发展的因素,学校因素:校领导重视程度不够,学校制度、政策(推动力)缺陷,支持力度不足,学校文化氛围差。教师自身因素,教学任务重,知识水平不足,认识态度不强,学习能力差,经济待遇差,职业倦怠。社会因素:工作学习环境差,家庭关系不和谐,同辈团体交流少,专业理论指导少,学习资料缺乏,经济负担重。%With methods of literature , questionnaire and factor analysis , the paper studies the goal of professional development of middle and primary school P .E.teachers and affecting factors in the context of ‘post -title’ ( refers to those teachers who pass professional title evaluation ) in urban areas of Sichuan .The study results show diverse purposes of P.E.teachers’ professional development:updating subject knowledge, skills, technology &teaching methods;developing applied courses and using new strategies in teaching practices to improve teaching efficiency;increasing salary; getting bonus; job promotion or job -hopping; realizing the value of life and enhancing social status .As to the factors that affect professional development , the study results include the following three perspectives: Firstly, school factors: less attention from school leaders; deficiencies in school system and policy;lack of support;poor school cultural atmosphere;Secondly, individual factors:heavy teaching task;lack of professional knowledge;weak understanding attitude;low learning ability;poor economic benefits , job burnout; Thirdly, social factors: bad environment of working and learning; family disharmony; little communication with peer group;little guidance under professional theories ;lack of learning materials and heavy economicburden.
