本文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、数理统计法、对比分析法通过对中国、日本、希腊和印度四国历届奥运会上获得的金牌数对比分析，得出中国体育大国的优势和金牌大户的原因所在，最重要的就是举国体制的实行。通过对举国体制的分析，加之我国的国情分析，得出举国体制在很长一段时间内还将继续存在。因此，关于中国体育体制的发展趋势研究，展开对2012年首届上海市市民运动会进行案例分析研究，得出必须推动竞技体育向全民体育转变，从而更加促进中国这个体育大国向体育强国的转变。%With methods of literature,expert -interview,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis,the paper conducts a comparative analysis on the number of gold medals that China,Japan,Greek and India has won in all previous Olympic Games and concludes that the most important reason for China becoming a big sports country and a big gold medal winner is the practice of the whole nation system.Through the analysis of the whole nation system and analysis of China’s national condition,it concludes that the whole nation system will continue to exist in a very long period of time.Based on the research on development trend of China's sports system,the paper carries out a case study of the first civil sports meeting in Shanghai in 2012 and concludes that competitive sports must be promoted to transform into sports for all,thus further promoting the transformation of China from being a big sports country to a sports power.
