在283.15~323.15 K温度范围内,采用比重瓶和毛细管黏度计对泰乐菌素在丙酮等6种溶液中的密度及黏度进行测定,并采用VTF热力学方程对溶液体系的密度、黏度随温度和浓度的关系进行关联,确定了关联参数,并利用拟合结果对实验结果进行计算,密度和黏度的总平均相对误差和总标准偏差分别为0.0645%、1.6232%和1.8564×10-3 g/cm3、2.1889×10-2 mPa·s.%Densities and viscosities of tylosin in 6 kinds of solution the binary mixture such as acetone were measured by Ost-wald-Sprengel-Type picnometer and Ubbelohde capillary viscometer in the temperature range of 283.15 ~323.15 K.The rela-tion between densities and viscosities data with temperature and concentration were correlated with the thermodynamics equa-tion,and parameters were determined and used to obtain calculated values.The total average deviations and standard deviation between the measured and fitted values were 0.0645%,1.6232% and 1.8564×10-3 g/cm3 ,2.1889×10-2 mPa·s.
