碾米机主轴系统转子动力学分析的简化建模研究

         

摘要

对碾米机主轴系统进行了合理的模型简化。简化建模方法为使用点质量来简化主轴系统的砂辊、铁芯、螺旋推进器、拨料辊以及带轮,并通过远端点分别将其质量关联到主轴相应的表面上,然后进行求解设置及转子动力学仿真,并与未简化的模型的仿真进行对比,得出简化后的仿真时间大大缩短,同时保证了两种方法求得的2~5阶分别对应的频率值较接近,这说明该简化方法正确。上述方法对于碾米机主轴系统转子动力学分析的简化建模具有较好的参考作用,也对类似的更为复杂的转子系统的简化建模具有一定的借鉴意义。%The spindle system of the rice mill machine was reasonably simplified by model and analyzed by the rotor dynamics .The simplified modeling method was to use the point mass to replace sand drum ,iron core ,spiral head ,stirring stick and pulley of the spindle system ,and the quality was related to the corresponding surface of the spindle by remote point . Then ,solution set and rotor dynamics simulations were processed and they were compared with the non simplified model .It is concluded that the simulation time of the simplified model was greatly shortened ,and the frequency values corresponding to 2~5 order obtained by the two methods were relatively close ,which proved the validity of the simplified method .The above method had a good reference for the simplified modeling of the rotor dynamics analysis of the spindle system of the rice mill machine ,and provided some reference for a more complex simplified modeling of rotor system .
