本文研究了以磷钼杂多酸作为催化剂合成甲基丙烯酸的反应,采用傅里叶变换红外光谱、X射线衍射光谱,差热-热重分析方法对催化剂进行了表征,分别考察了加料顺序、焙烧温度、反应温度及空速对氧化反应的影响,并通过单因素实验方法确定了较为适宜的工艺条件.结果表明,在空速1000h-1,反应温度288℃的条件下,MAL转化率为77.4%,MAA选择性为80.2%,MAA收率为62.0%.%Phosphomolybdate heteropolyacid was used as catalyst in the synthesis of methacrylic acid and the catalyst was characterized by IR, X-ray diffraction and thermogravimetric-differential thermal analysis. The effect of added sequence of material, baking and reaction temperature and space velocity to the oxidation was studied. The best reaction condition was investigated.
