改性粉煤灰净化污水处理厂含磷废水

         

摘要

采用改性粉煤灰对污水处理厂一沉池含磷废水进行净化,考察了pH值、吸附剂用量,反应时间和反应温度对净化过程的影响.通过实验发现改性粉煤灰净化含磷废水过程中适宜的pH值为7.0;磷的净化率随着粉煤灰加入量的增加而逐渐增加,对于质量浓度为3.55 mg/L的一沉池含磷废水,当粉煤灰的投加量为0.1×10-2 g/mL时,磷的吸附效率可达98.78%,净化后水中含磷质量浓度为0.043 mg/L;改性粉煤灰对水中磷酸根的净化过程速度较快,10 min可达到最大净化率;在废水净化过程中适宜的温度范围为20-30℃.改性粉煤灰对磷的吸附等温线符合Langmuir方程,最大吸附质量比为4.37 mg/g,改性粉煤灰可以有效净化水体中的磷.%The modified fly ash was used for the removal of phosphate from wastewater of primary settling tank. The effect of pH, adsorbent dosage, reaction time and reaction temperature on the purification process was studied. The results show that the optimum pH for the removal of phosphate is 7.0. The removal rate of phosphate increases with the increase of adsorbent dosage. For the mass concentration 3.55 mg/L of primary settling tank wastewater, when the fly ash dosage is 0. 1 g per 100 mL wastewater, the removal rate of phosphate is 98.78%, with residual phosphate mass concentration of O. 043 mg/L. The adsorption of phosphate in water by the modified fly ash is rapid, which can reach the maximum within 10 min. The optimum temperature range for the removal of phosphate is 20-30 ℃. The phosphate adsorption isotherm of modified fly ash conforms to Langmuir equation, with the maximum adsorption capacity of 4. 37 mg/g. The modified fly ash can effectively remove phosphate from the wastewater.
