密封胶在装配式混凝土基材上的粘结性能及界面微观结构的表征

摘要

To further enhance the prefabricated construction adhesive and sealant between the precast concrete to prevent cracking and edge seal failure,we study different types of concrete release agent for MSPU-50 weather sealant and adhesive properties of concrete influences.Also studied MSPU-50 sealant and PU-01 primer,concrete matching.By scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and spectroscopy(EDX)analysis of the test,indicating MSPU-50 good sealant can penetrate inside the pores in concrete,and concrete has good compatibility.Varnish after filling squeegee PU-01 bottom MSPU-50 sealant,almost completely closed surface pores of concrete,with the concrete after curing and mosaic mutually intermeshing engagement surface,resulting in excellent bond strength.%为进一步提高装配式建筑用密封胶与预制混凝土构件之间的粘结性，防止边缘开裂而密封失效，研究了不同种类的混凝土脱模剂对MSPU-50耐候密封胶与混凝土粘结性的影响。同时研究了MSPU-50密封胶与PU-01底涂剂、混凝土的匹配性。通过扫描电镜（SEM）和能谱（EDX）测试分析，表明MSPU-50密封胶能够良好渗入混凝土内部孔隙，与混凝土具有良好相容性。涂刷PU-01底涂剂后再填充MSPU-50密封胶，几乎完全封闭混凝土表面孔隙，固化后与混凝土接合表面互相咬合和镶嵌，从而产生良好的粘接强度。
