泡沫对石油生产具有不利影响,因此需要对原油进行消泡处理。通过分析消泡机理,并结合近些年消泡剂的研究进展,提出乙氧基非离子原油消泡剂。从微观的角度,通过测量界面张力、计算吉布斯弹性等方法,研究了此类消泡剂在高温下的作用机理,对其在未来的应用前景进行了展望。%Adverse effects on petroleum industry were caused by foaming,therefore some methods should be used in crude oil antifoaming.The mechanism of antifoaming was analysed,and ethoxylated nonionic antifoaming agents were put forward combined with recent development of antifoaming agents.On the micro level,the function mechanism of this agent was studied by measuring interface force and calculating Gibbs elasticity etc,and the application prospect of it was predicted.
