顶空-气相色谱法测定PMMA食品包装容器中残留甲基丙烯酸甲酯单体含量

         

摘要

A method for the determination of methyl methacrylate monomer in food packaging containers by headspace-gas chromatography was developed.After the sample was dissolved in N,N-dimethylformamide,the headspace equilibrium temperature and time were chosen to be 90℃ and 40min respectively.The samples were separated by HP-INNOWax column and detected by FID detector.The linearrange of methyl methacrylate was 8~800 mg·kg-1.The detection limit was 2.0 mg·kg-1.%建立顶空-气相色谱法测定PMMA食品包装容器中残留甲基丙烯酸甲酯单体含量的方法。聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯样品经N,N-二甲基甲酰胺溶解后,选择顶空平衡温度和时间分别为90℃和40min,用HP-INNOWax色谱柱分离,FID检测器检测。甲基丙烯酸甲酯含量在8~800 mg/kg范围内与峰面积成线性关系,方法检出限为2.0mg/kg。
