介绍山东京博石油化工有限公司2015年至2016年期间对加热炉效率的优化，利用AspenFiredHeater加热炉设计软件，对本厂主要装置加热炉运行热效率进行校核，与同行业设备运行效率进行对比，从而对本厂加热炉提出相应的优化改造方案，提高加热炉运行效率，降低运行成本。%This paper introduces the optimization of the efficiency of heating furnace from 2015 to 2016 in Shandong Jingbo Petrochemical Co.,Ltd,and uses AspenFiredHeater design software to check the thermal efficiency of the heating furnace of the main plant of our factory,and compare it with the efficiency of equipment in the same industry.,Thus the furnaceoptimization of the corresponding furnace program to improve the operating efficiency of the furnace and reduce operating costs.
