一种可燃气体探测器的结构研究

         

摘要

With the continuous increase of domestic natural gas transmission,once a leak occurs in the process of natural gas transportation,it is easy to cause a major accident.In order to reduce the occurrence of such accidents,it is necessary to monitor the concentration of flammable gases in real time and discover natural gas leaks in time.For the traditional combustible gas detector,its structure is complicated,installation and maintenance are inconvenient,which seriously affects work efficiency.Scaffolding and portable ladders are often used when installing flammable gas detectors on the top of the gas station equipment plant,which increases the difficulty of operation and increases the risk.%随着国内天然气输量的不断增加,在天然气输送过程中一旦发生泄漏,极易造成重大事故.为了减少此类事故的发生,就必须对可燃性气体浓度进行实时监测,及时发现天然气泄漏.传统的可燃气体探测器的结构复杂,安装和维检修不便,严重影响工作效率.在输气场站设备厂房顶部安装可燃气体探测器时,通常使用脚手架和便携式梯子,提高了作业难度,增加了风险程度.
