水平单管外液膜厚度的CFD模拟

         

摘要

VOF model in CFD was employed to investigate liquid flow situation outside the single horizontal cylinder, and to simulate influence of the different liquid-feeding heights, mass flow rate, rotation speed and airflow conditions on the film thickness. The results show that liquid-feeding height has little influence on the liquid film thickness, and in a limited range, the film thickness can rise with the increase of mass flow rate; and rotation speed and airflow conditions can influence the film thickness locally, and the average film thick. ness variation ratio changes slowly with the variation of above-mentioned factors. Comparing simulation results with literature results or empirical formula proves their good consistence.%利用CFD中的VOF模型研究了在不同进料高度、质量流量、管道转速和气流条件下单管外液体流动状况,获得了管外液膜厚度分布图,讨论了各种因素对液膜厚度的影响情况.结果表明,进料高度对液膜厚度基本无影响;在一定流量范围内,膜厚度随着流量的增加而增加;管道转速和气流对液膜厚度的影响具有一定的局限性;平均液膜厚度变化率随着各种因素变化率变化较缓慢.将模拟分析得出的结论与文献结果或经验公式进行比较,发现吻合性较好.
