排气结构对双蜗壳型旋风管分离性能影响的对比研究

         

摘要

通过对双蜗壳型旋风管性能的测试试验,分别研究了不同排气管插入深度及排气管结构形式对旋风管压降及气固分离和气液分离性能的影响.发现该旋风管特殊的入口结构使其压降较低,且其压降随排气管插入深度的增加略有增大,直管型比直管加导流锥型排气结构压降小20%左右.排气管插入深度对气固分离及气液分离效率的影响规律不同.气固分离中直管结构效率比加锥结构的高2%~4%,气液分离中两种结构效率相差不多,而且气液分离效率明显高于气固分离.另外,排气管口直径较小时对该旋风管的分离不利.%Through experiments on separation performance of double volute cyclone tube, both outlet height and structure shape effect on pressure drop and on gas-solid and gas-liquid separation was investigated to show that a special cyclone tube inlet structure can bring about a lower pressure drop and a little increment with the decrease of outlet height; the pressure drop of cylinder-shaped tube is smaller by 20 percent than that of the guiding cone-added structure; the outlet height effect on gas-solid and gas-liquid separation differs; and in gas-solid separation, the cylinder-shaped tube efficiency exceeds that of the guiding cone-added structure by 2 to 4 percent, but in gas-liquid separation, their efficiency varies little and the gas-liquid separation efficiency exceeds that of gas-solid separation, and small outlet tube diameter can put the separation at a disadvantage.
