The MRC technology is a widely used natural gas liquefaction technology ,and it has the advantages of simple process ,compact layout ,less equipment ,etc .,but the liquid-flooding phenomenon of cold box (plate-fin heat exchanger) occurs easily ,which leads to the yield reduc-tion or production interruption .This article describes the cold box liquid-flooding phenomenon of Zhuhai natural gas liquefaction plant ,such as pressure ,liquid level ,differential pressure and temperature ,analyses the reasons and proposals treatment methods . It is helpful for similar LNG plants to judge and handle the cold box liquid-flooding problem in time .%某工艺是一套国内外应用广泛的天然气液化工艺技术，具有工艺流程简单、布置紧凑、设备数量少等优点，但该工艺因冷箱（板翅式换热器）容易积液，导致装置减产或生产中断的问题。描述了珠海天然气液化装置冷箱积液时的工艺现象（压力、液位、压差、温度等），分析了产生积液的原因，并提出了处理方法，为同类装置及时判断及科学处理冷箱积液问题提供了参考。
