By analyzing of catalytic cracking unit, it was found that most of the sulfur enters the diesel oil, coke and gas (including inlfowsing wastewater such as part of the loss), but the sulfur entering the gasoline fraction are very few, only accounting for 2.81m percent of the total sulfur. For the two kinds of desulfurizer screened, with the increase of content of desulfurizer, desulfurization rate increase no matter which kind of desulfurizer was used; the use of desulfurizer B - 08 performed better than the desulfurizer L-12 in the same conditions.%通过对催化裂化装置产品硫进行分析,发现大部分硫分布在柴油、焦炭和气体(含进入废水等部分的损失)中,而汽油馏分的硫很少,只占总硫的2.81m%.柴油中的硫以苯并噻吩和二苯并噻吩类化合物为主.其中C2-苯并噻吩含量最高,达到268.98 mg/mL,其次是C3-苯并噻吩(181.71 mg/mL)、C1-苯并噻吩(179.73 mg/mL)和C2-二苯并噻吩(152.21 mg/mL).汽油中的硫以噻吩类化合物为主,存在少量硫醇硫,其中噻吩含量最高(达到8.68 mg/mL),其次是2-甲基噻吩(5.03 mg/mL)、3-甲基噻吩(7.17 mg/mL)和乙硫醇(4.34 mg/mL);汽油中噻吩类含硫化合物中,除噻吩外,以单甲基噻吩为最多,其次是含两个甲基或一个乙基的噻吩衍生物.筛选的两种脱硫剂,随着脱硫剂含量的增加,脱硫率都增加;使用脱硫助剂L-12后,液化气产率增加,轻油收率略有减小.在相同的评价条件下,使用5%的脱硫剂,脱硫率达到13.8%,使用10%的脱硫剂,脱硫率达到24.5%.使用脱硫助剂B-08后,液化气产率也增加,但增加的幅度较L-12略小.相应汽柴油收率略有下降.在相同的评价条件下,使用5%的脱硫剂,脱硫率达到16.6%,使用10%的脱硫剂,脱硫率达到28.4%,该情况下汽油的硫含量降低到了50ppm以下,为49.2ppm.相同条件下,使用脱硫剂B-08比脱硫剂L-12效果更好.
