将聚丁二酸二醇酯(PBS)和无定形尼龙聚间(对)苯二甲酰已二胺(PA6IcoT)加入卧式反应釜中于260℃下进行熔融反应共混,利用超导核磁共振波谱仪((13)C-NMR)对产物进行结构表征,并采用差示扫描量热法分析其结品行为.结果表明:PBS和PA6IcoT物理共混时,PA6IcoT会阻碍PBS结晶,导致结晶活化能上升,结晶速率下降;以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂时,PBS和PA6IcoT发生交换反应,会破坏产物链段的规整性,降低产物的结晶性.%Poly(butylene succinate) (PBS) and amorphous nylon poly(hexamethylene (iso-co-tere)phthalamide) (PA6IcoT) were reactively blended in the horizontal reactor under melting conditions at 260 ℃. The copolymers were characterized by I3C-NMR and the crystallization behavior of the blend was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC). The results showed that when PBS and PA61coT were physically blended, PA6IcoT hindered the crystallization of PBS and led to high activation energy and slow crystal growth rate; ester-amide exchang reaction of PBS and PA6IcoT could occur using paratoluenesulfonic acid as catalyst, and the irregularity of macromolecular chain was destroyed and the crystallinity decreased.
