建立以非离子表面活性剂Triton X-114为萃取剂、二甲酚橙为螯合剂测定水中痕量铝的方法.通过单因素试验优化了影响浊点萃取的各个因素:溶液的pH值、缓冲溶液的用量、螯合剂的用量、表面活性剂的用量、平衡时间和平衡温度.测得铝的线性范围为0.01~0.14mg·L-1,该法的检出限为3.23μg·L-1,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.8%,加标回收率为93.28% ~103.75%.%A new cloud point extraction Spectrophotometry was established to determinate trace aluminum in the water by using Triton X-114 for extracting agent and by using XO for complexing agent.The effective factors including the pH of the solution,the a-mount of complexing agent,surfactant and buffer solution,balance time and temperature was optimized by Single factor experiment. Under the optimal conditions,the aluminum concentration had a good linear relationship within a range of 0.01~0.14 mg·L-1.the detection Limit was 3.23μg·L-1,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 2.8%.the spike recoveries were between 93.28%~103.75%.
