含聚稠油高效破乳剂研究与应用

         

摘要

2014年以来渤海某注聚稠油油田产出液聚合物浓度高、原油黏度大导致原油脱水困难,原破乳剂脱水效果无法满足要求.通过苯酚、多乙烯多胺与甲醛合成酚胺树脂起始剂,然后与环氧乙烷、环氧丙烷聚合得到多支化嵌段聚醚破乳剂108#.破乳剂108#具有使用浓度低、脱水速度快的特点,且最终脱水率接近90%.矿场试验结果表明,108#破乳剂加注量比原破乳剂减少48%,外输原油含水从15%-16%降低至9%,原油脱水效果明显改善.%Polymer flooding produced fluid with high concentration of polymer and high viscosity had been separated difficultly in some heavy-oil oilfield since 2014,because the demulsifier in use could not meet the requirement of dehydration.Phenol-amine resin was synthesized using phenol,polyethylene polyamine,and formaldehyde as raw materials,and then branched polyether demulsifier 108#were further synthesized using phenol-amine resin as initiator through addition reaction with epoxyethane and epoxypropane re-spectively.Low concentration and high dehydration rat were the main characteristics of demulsifier 108#,in addition,the final dehy-dration rate of 108#is close to 90 percent.Field test result showed that demulsifier 108#could improve the dehydration rate,and wa-ter cut of output crude oil dropped from 15 percent to 9 percent,the dosage of demulsifier reduced by 48 percent.
