In this paper,ethyl 4-chloroacetoacetate as starting material,two oxiracetam impurities were synthesized through bydeoxy-genate,cyclization,nucleophilic reaction and hydrolysis.The synthesis of these impurities had certain significance in the declaration and quality research of generic drugs.The structure was confirmed by ESI-MS,IR,1H NMR and elements analysis.%本文以4-氯乙酰乙酸乙酯为起始原料,经还原、环合、亲核反应成酯、水解四步反应合成了两个奥拉西坦杂质;该杂质的合成对仿制药的申报和质量研究有一定意义.其结构经ESI-MS,IR,1H NMR,元素分析确证.
