To utilize the fermentation residue of corn straw,the lignin component of fermentation residue was extracted by using a-cidification extraction,high boiling point alcohols extraction,formic acid-acetic acid-water extraction and alkaline-ethanol extraction methods,respectively. The obtained lignin products were characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),gel perme-ation chromatography(GPC),carbon-13 nuclear magnetic resonance(13 C NMR)and proton nuclear magnetic resonance(1 H NMR) spectroscopy,etc. . Results showed that lignin products of different methods presented similar structures,and alkaline-ethanol extrac-tion method exhibited several advantages over the others in terms of operability,lignin yield and economic efficiency which had a better prospect for industrialization.%为了综合利用酶解秸秆残渣,分别采用碱溶酸析法、高沸点醇提取法、甲酸乙酸法及碱性乙醇法从残渣中提取木质素,并对得到的木质素产品进行了傅里叶红外光谱分析、凝胶色谱分析、13C NMR及1H NMR分析等表征.实验结果表明:四种提取方法得到的木质素产品的结构相差不大;采用碱性乙醇法提取木质素收率最高(提取率93. 5%,纯度94. 1%),且操作简便、经济性高、适合工业化应用.
