铂金纳米粒子-石墨烯修饰电极用于亚硝酸根离子的检测

         

摘要

通过电化学共沉积铂金双金属纳米粒子在石墨烯的表面,制备亚硝酸根(NO2-)电化学传感器.利用扫描电镜(SEM)对铂金纳米粒子/石墨烯修饰电极进行表征;采用循环伏安法(CV)、示差脉冲伏安法(DPV)和交流阻抗法(EIS)研究了NO2-在该电极上的电化学行为,结果表明,该修饰电极对NO2-的电化学氧化反应具有良好的催化性能,在3. 0×10-5~6. 0×10-4mol·L-1浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系,检出限为1. 0×10-6mol ·L-1(S/N=3).此外,方法已用于NO2-样品的测定.%This paper describes a facile method to synthesize gold-platinum nanoparticles(Au-PtNPs)by a controllable electrodepo-sition method induced by a reduced graphene oxide(RGO)monolayer self-assembled on the surface of a glass carbon electrode (GCE),and nitrite(NO-2)electrochemical sensor was prepared. The Au-PtNPs/RGO/GCE electrodes were characterized by field e-mission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM). The electrochemical behaviors of nitrite at the modified electrode were investigated by cyclic voltammetry、differential pulse voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. Tests showed that the modified e-lectrode exhibited an obviously electrocatalytical activity towards the oxidation of nitrite with linear range of 3. 0×10-5~6. 0×10-4 mol·L-1and the detection limit of 1. 0×10-6mol·L-1(S/N=3). In addition,the modified electrode has been successfully used to determine nitrite in samples with satisfactory result.
