S2O82-/ZnFexAl2-xO4的制备及催化合成乙酸正丁酯

         

摘要

S2 O82-/ZnFex Al2-x O4 spinel catalysts were prepared by (NH4 )2 S2 O8 solution impregnation and were characterized by means of XRD,TG-DSC,IR spectroscopic analysis and nitrogen adsorption techniques. The characterization results show that the ZnFexAl2-xO4 still has a spinel structure characteristics as the carrier. The surface area of S2O82-/ZnFe0.15Al1.85O4 is 37. 65m2/g. The average pore size is about 12. 47nm after the accumulation of particles. The preparation conditions of S2O82-/ZnFexAl2-xO4 were investigated by using S2 O82-/ZnFex Al2-x O4 as catalyst for esterification of acetic acid with n-butanol. The experimental results indi-cated that the catalytic activity related to the preparation conditions of catalysts. The catalyst prepared by impregnating ZnFe0. 15 Al1. 85 O4 in solution of 0. 15mol/L(NH4 )2 S2 O8 solution,calcined at 550℃ for 5h showed best catalytic activity in synthesis of N-butyl acetate. The yield of n-butyl acetate was up 93. 47%under the optimum conditions.%通过(NH4)2 S2 O8溶液浸渍法制备了S2 O82-/ZnFex Al2-x O4固体催化剂.通过XRD、TG-DSC、IR和N2吸附-脱附的分析方法对催化剂进行了表征,并考察了催化剂的制备条件.实验结果表明,S2 O82-/ZnFex Al2-x O4-仍具有载体的尖晶石结构特征,BET表面积为37.65m2/g,颗粒堆积后的平均孔径约为12.47nm.将S2 O82-/ZnFex Al2-x O4应用于制备乙酸正丁酯的反应,研究表明,催化剂的催化活性与制备条件有关,当采用0.15mol/L(NH4)2 S2 O8溶液浸渍ZnFe0.15 Al1.85 O4,温度为550℃焙烧5h条件下制备的催化剂,可使乙酸的酯化率达到93.47%.
