本文在金纳米粒子修饰的玻碳电极表面,通过表面分子自组装和分子印迹电聚合的方法,成功制备了铜离子印迹电化学传感器,并利用该印迹传感器对自来水样中的铜离子进行了电化学检测.实验表明,制备的印迹传感器可以用于自来水样中铜离子的检测,并且具有较高的灵敏度和选择性.在5×10-10~1×10-6 mol·L-1浓度范围内峰电流与Cu2+浓度的对数表现出了良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为Ip=-10.24LgC-199.9(Ip:μA,C:mol·L-1),相关系数为:0.9923,最低检测限为1.67×10-10 mol·L-1(S/N=3).%This paper reports a surface molecular self-assembly strategy for ion imprinting in electropolymerized polyaminothiophenol membranes at the surface of gold nanoparticles modified glassy carbon electrode for the electrochemical detection of cooper ion in tap water. The sensor can be successfully applied to the analysis of copper ions in tap water and has high seneitivity and selectivity. Under the optimum conditions,the linear relationships between current and logarithmic concentration were obtained in the rang from 5×10-10to 1×10-6 mol·L-1,with the linear regression equation Ip=-10. 24LgC-199. 9(Ip:μA,C:mol·L-1),correlation coeffi-cient 0. 9923. The detection limit of 1. 67×10-10 mol·L-1 was achieved(S/N=3).
