ICP-MS测定地球化学样品中钍铀等14种元素

         

摘要

采用盐酸-硝酸-氢氟酸-高氯酸消解样品,王水提取,以103 Rh和185 Re作内标,消除干扰;选择国家标准物质GBW07309制备溶液校准,确定了ICP-MS最佳工作参数.方法各元素检出限在0.004~0.085μg·g-1之间,SRD<10%(n=12),经国家一级标准物质分析验证,测定值与推荐值吻合较好,加标回收率为94.3%~106.6%.实验表明,方法快速、准确、灵敏度高等特点,可适用于快速检测批量地球化学样品中钴、镍、铷、铌、钼、钡、镧、铋、铯、铈、钨、铊、钍、铀元素的含量.%The samples were decomposed by hydrochloric acid,nitric acid,hydrofluoric acid and perchloric acid and extracted by aqua regia. The National Geochemistry Standard Reference Material GBW07309 were chosen as the calibration solution and 103 Rh and 185 Re as internal standard. The optimum working parameters of ICP-MS instrument were optimized and the interference were e-liminated. The detection limits of the method for these elements were in the range of 0. 004~0. 085μg·g-1 with the precision less than 10%RSD(n=12). The method has been verified by the determination of The National Geochemistry Standard Reference Mate-rial and the results were in good agreement with certified values. The recoveries were 94. 3% ~106. 6%. The method provides the advantages of high sensitivity and accuracy,high efficiency and is suitable for the routine analysis of 14 elements including Co,Ni, Rb,Nb,Mo,Cs,Ba,La,Ce,W,Tl,Bi,Th and U in Geochemical samples.
