疏水聚合物压裂液稠化剂PDAM-16的合成与评价

         

摘要

以二甲氨基丙基甲基丙烯酰胺(DMAPMA)和溴代十六烷为原料,合成了一种季铵盐阳离子疏水单体DA-16.并以DA-16、丙烯酰胺(AM)和二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)为单体,在水溶液中进行自由基聚合得到三元共聚物PDAM-16,用FTIR表征了其结构,考察了单体配比、反应温度、时间及引发剂浓度等条件对聚合反应的影响.评价了PDAM-16的溶液性质和交联性能,结果表明:PDAM-16溶液的临界缔合浓度为0.5 g/dL,具有优异的抗温、抗盐、抗剪切性;合适的交联条件为:交联剂用量为0.1%,交联温度70℃,PDAM-16用量0.6%,在此条件下,交联后最高黏度可达313mPa·s.以交联后的PDAM-16作为压裂液稠化剂,其性能评价表明:该体系耐温达123℃,抗剪切性好,具有良好的悬砂、破胶性能,便于返排,与常规胍胶压裂液相比,降低了液体对地层的伤害.%Hydrophobic monomer(DA-16)which could meet the basic requirements of fracturing fluids and the rule of molecular de-signing was synthetized with dimethyl aminopropyl methacrylamide and 1-Bromohexadecane in acetone. A hydrophobic association polymer(PDAM-16)has been synthesized with acrylamide(AM),diallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride(DMDAAC),and hydropho-bic monomer(DA-16)by surfactant method and has been characterized by infrared. The optimum reaction conditions were obtained by single factor analysis. The critical associating concentration of PDAM-16 solution was about 0. 5 g/dL. The viscosity retention rate was 51%after the temperature of solution being increased from 20℃ to 100℃,the viscosity was 20mPa·s when the addition of CaCl2 was 0. 5 g/dL,and the viscosity retention rate was 96%after being sheared for 2h at 170 s-1 . The viscosity of PDAM-16 crosslinked by acetyl acetone zirconium was up to 313 mPa·s when the amount of crosslinking agent was 0. 1%. The performance of the cross-linked PDAM-16 as fracturing fluid thickener was evaluated. The results showed that this system could reach a tempera-ture resistance of 123 ℃ and showed good shear resistance,good sand carrying ability. This system was easy to break gel,which meant it had little damage to formation.
