Two Betti alkalis(DAL and BHAL)were prepared through Mannich reaction with β-naphthol,37%formaldehyde,diethyl amine or diethanolamine. Absorption efficiency of H2 S was investigated from the viewpoints of types and concentrations of absorb-ent,absorption temperature and time. Experimental results showed that the absorption efficiency of 1wt%BHAL and DAL,superior to other absorbents,were both more than 0. 9 at 20 ℃ absorption time 1. 5 h,n(H2 SO4 ): n(FeS)<0. 6 : 0. 6(mol),the flow rate of H2 S<0. 375 L·min-1 and the absorption efficiency of BHAL was more than that of DAL by 0. 05. What's more,yield of Betti al-kalis was around 70%through the experiments of extraction,which realized the recycling of resources.%采用β-萘酚、甲醛、二乙胺或二羟乙胺等为基本原料,通过Mannich反应合成出了两种Betti碱化合物1-[(二乙基氨基)甲基]萘-2-醇(DAL)和1-{[双(2-羟乙基)氨基]甲基}萘-2-醇(BHAL).考察了硫化氢吸收剂的种类、吸收剂的浓度、吸收温度以及吸收时间对硫化氢吸收效率的影响.实验结果表明:在20℃,吸收时间1.5 h,n(H2SO4):n(FeS)<0.6:0.6(mol),H2S的流量低于0.375 L·min-1,Betti碱DAL和BHAL作为硫化氢吸收剂,在浓度为1wt%时,对硫化氢的吸收效率都为0.9以上,且BHAL的吸收效率又比DAL的提高了0.05左右;而后通过实验方法对吸收过后的吸收剂提取Betti碱,产率稳定在70%,实现了可循环利用.
