Valnemulin is a new generation pleu-romutilin class of semi-synthetic antibiotics. In this letter,with rifamycin,valnemulin and isoniazid molecules as the study subject, the new hybrid antibiotic structures for rifamycin-isoniazid and rifamycin-valnemulin we devised. Their structures were characterized by IR,1 H NMR,13 C NMR. The preliminary bioassay tests showed that they exhibited a good biological activity.
