酰胺型非卟啉类N4配体的合成及其促进溴化铜r催化的苄醇氧化性能研究

         

摘要

本文报道两种未见文献报道的酰胺型非卟啉N4配体N,N'-双(3-甲基-2-氨基-苯甲酰基)乙二胺、N,N'-双(3-甲基-2-氨基-苯甲酰基)1,3-丙二胺的合成.并将这两种配体应用于CuBr2-TEMPO体系催化氧化苄醇生成相应的醛的反应中,发现它们都能有效促进CuBr2-TEMPO催化苯甲醇氧化成苯甲醛.并在反应最佳条件下,考察了N,N'-(3-甲基-2-氨基-苯甲酰基)乙二胺促进CuBr2-TEMPO催化一系列苄醇氧化成相应的醛的反应,并得到了中等到好的收率.%The synthesis of two amido-based non-heme N4 ligands N,N'-bis(3-methyl-2-amino-benzoyl)ethylenediamine and N, N'-bis(3-methyl-2-amino-benzoyl)1,3-propylenediamine were reported. These two ligands were used in the catalytic system of Cu-Br2-TEMPO for catalytic oxidation of benzyl alcohols. The results showed that the synthesized ligands could efficiently promote Cu-Br2-TEMPO-catalyzed oxidation of benzyl alcohol to corresponding aldehyde. Under the optimal reaction condition,the performances of N,N'-bis(3-methyl-2-amino-benzoyl)ethylenediamine to promot CuBr2-TEMPO-catalyzed oxidation of a serials of benzyl alco-hols were investigated and obtained moderate to good yields.
