The permittivity of the dimethylsulfoxide(DMSO)-ethanol mixture solution at the temperature of 258~293K was meas-ured at 2. 45 GHz. The measured-results show an interesting phenomenon that with the change of temperature the real part of the permittivity of the DMSO-ethanol mixture solution does not change regularly at the volume ratio of 85:15,and the loss tangent shows almost no change at the volume ratio of 15:85.%在2.45GHz测量二甲基亚砜(DMSO)和乙醇混合溶液在258~293K的等效介电常数,发现DMSO与乙醇体积比为85:15时,介电常数实部ε′随温度没有明显变化规律;体积比为15:85时,损耗角正切tanδ随温度几乎不发生变化的有趣现象.
