离子液体萃取-分光光度法测定水中结晶紫

         

摘要

合成了离子液体六氟磷酸1-丁基-3-甲基-咪唑[Bmim][PF6],并以其为萃取剂,对结晶紫进行萃取.实验考察了溶液pH值、离子液体用量、盐的加入量、温度、共存离子等因素对结晶紫萃取率的影响.结果表明,溶液酸度在pH 3.2~6.0,在10.00 mL水中,离子液体加入量为0.40 mL时,离子液体对结晶紫的萃取率最大.结晶紫的质量浓度在0.1~2.0μg·mL-1范围内与吸光度呈线性关系,相关系数R=0.9923.方法的检出限为0.02μg·mL-1,平均回收率在93.0%~96.6%之间.%Ionic liquid 1-butyl-3-methyl -imidazolium hexafluorophosphate[ Bmim] [ PF6 ] was synthesized,and was used for extrac-tion crystal violet. It was studied the effect of the pH,the amount of ionic liquid and salt,temperature,coexisting ions on extraction efficiency of crystal violet. The results showed that:buffer solution pH 3. 2~6. 0,in 10. 00mL water,the ionic liquid 0. 40mL,ionic liquid extraction of crystal violet has the highest extraction efficiency. The absorbance has a good liner relationship between the con-centration of crystal violet in the range of 0. 1~2. 0 μg·mL-1 ,correlation coefficient was 0. 9923,the limit of detection was 0. 02μg ·mL-1 ,and average recovery rate were between 93. 0% ~96. 6%.
