一种环境友好的淀粉基缓释铜肥的制备及性能测试

         

摘要

A novel starch-based slow-release copper fertilizer was prepared by the condensation reaction of L-cysteine with dialde-hyde starch and the followed adsorption process on Cu2+,as well as the final granulation using sodium alginate. The composition and morphology of the copper fertilizer were characterized by FT-IR,element analysis and SEM technologies. The slow-release properties were studied by solution rate and soil incubation experiments. The results revealed that the diameter of the fertilizer was 3mm with the copper of 1. 40%. It was also confirmed that the copper release was mainly depended on the degradation of the fertilizer and partly influenced by pH,temperature and the soil moisture. In the normal soil moisture,only 17. 66% of copper of the fertilizer was released after 28 days. Thus,this copper fertilizer showed good slow-release behavior.%以L-半胱氨酸、双醛淀粉缩合反应制得双醛淀粉半胱氨酸螯合树脂并实现了对Cu2+的螯合吸附,此后经海藻酸钠包埋造粒,制备了一种新型淀粉基缓释铜肥.采用红外、元素分析和扫描电镜对该铜肥的组成及形貌做了表征.通过水溶出率试验以及土壤培养试验初步考察了该肥料的缓释性能.结果表明,该肥料中铜含量为1.40%,粒径约为3 mm,铜的释放主要依赖于肥料的降解.pH,温度及土壤湿度对Cu释放率有一定的影响.在正常的土壤湿度下,该铜肥28天后的释放率仅为17.66%,具有良好的缓释效果.
