多壁碳纳米管修饰电极测定非那西汀

         

摘要

本文研究了非那西汀在羧基化多壁碳纳米管修饰电极上的电化学行为。在0.1 mol·L-1 HAc-NaAc (pH5.3)溶液中,非那西汀在羧基化多壁碳纳米管修饰电极上有一对可逆的氧化还原峰和一个氧化峰。对各种实验条件进行了优化,测得峰电流Ip与非那西汀浓度在4.0×10-6~1.0×10-4mol·L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,检测限为1.0×10-6mol·L-1。此修饰电极具有较好的重现性和稳定性。利用优化后的条件对尼美舒利药片进行了测定,测量值与标示值符合,回收率在96.5%~104.2%。%A novel type of carboxylated multiwalled carbon nanotubes modified electrode(c-MWCNTs/GCE)was constructed and the electrochemical properties of phenacetin(PHE)were studied. In 0. 1 mol·L-1 HAc-NaAc(pH 5. 3)buffer solution,PHE exhibi-ted a couple of quasi-reversible redox peaks and an anodic peak over the potential range from 0. 2 V to 1. 2 V at c-MWCNTs/GCE. The peak current was proportional to the concentration of PHE in the range of 4. 0×10-6 to 1. 0×10-4 mol·L-1 with a detection limit of 1. 0×10-6 mol·L-1(S/N=3). The c-MWCNTs/GCE showed excellent repeatability and stability. This method has been used to determine the content of PHE in medical tablets. The recovery was determined to be 96. 5%to 104. 2%by means of standard ad-dition method.
