An analytical method based on HPLC has been developed for the determination of elemental sulfur in plasterboard. The effects of ultrasound,extraction liquid ratio,extraction time and quantity of the sample were studied respectively after careful study, we chose the sample preparation method as follows,first,extract the sample with 10%CCl4,and then extract under ultrasonic wave for5min.Thedetectionlimitofthismethodis0.1mg·kg-1.Themeanrecoveriesatthetwospikedlevels(1,3mg·L-1)were 100. 8% ~101. 8%. This method shows great applicability in determination of elemental sulfur in plaster.%以甲醇和四氯化碳的混合溶剂萃取石膏中的单质硫,用高效液相色谱进行定性和定量测定。分别研究了是否超声、不同的萃取液比例、萃取时间等萃取条件对单质硫定量检测的影响,确定从样品中萃取单质硫条件为:以含10%( m·m-1) CCl4的甲醇为萃取剂,在超声条件下萃取5 min;进一步研究液相色谱法测定单质硫的方法特点,方法检出限0.1 mg·kg-1,回收率为100.8%~101.8%,该方法对石膏样品中单质硫的测定具有良好的适用性,无干扰。
