在弱碱性条件下,灿烂绿与安乃近反应生成具有两个负吸收峰的绿色离子缔合物,最大负吸收和次大负吸收波长分别位于625 nm和570 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数分别为2.20×104和9.60×103 L·mol-1·cm-1,安乃近在0~3.3 mg·L-1范围内服从比尔定律。该法用于实际样品的测定,结果满意。%In alkalescence condition,brilliant green reacts with analgin to form a green ion association complexes with two obvious negative absorption peak. The maximum negative absorption wavelength and sub-major negative absorption wavelength were 625 nm and 570 nm respectively,and apparent molar absorptivity(ε)were 2. 20×104 and 9. 6×103 L·mol-1·cm-1,and Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0~3. 3 mg·L-1 analgin. The method was applied to determine the content of the practical sample with satisfactory re-sults.
