本文研究了不同温度、pH值和储存时间下,游离猪胰脂肪酶与自制碳酸钙固定化猪胰脂肪酶的稳定性,并将固定化猪胰脂肪酶用于催化对二氧环己酮开环聚合。研究结果显示,固定化酶的热稳定性、pH稳定性以及储存稳定性均优于游离酶。当固定化酶用量为单体质量30%,反应温度为80℃,反应时间为72 h时可获得数均分子量为2024 g·mol-1的聚合物。%The stabilities of free lipase and immobilized lipase were investigated in this paper,and the results revealed that the ther-mal stability,pH stability and storage stability were all greatly improved after the immobilization of the lipase on CaCO3. And then, the immobilized lipase was employed as a catalyst for the ring opening polymerization(ROP)of 1,4-dioxan-2-one(PDO). The high-est molecular weight of 2024 g/mol was obtained when the polymerization was carried out at 80℃ for 72 h with 30%immobilized li-pase(based on PDO).
