Four known isoflavones 5-hydroxy-6,7,4'-trimethoxy-isoflavone( Ⅰ ) ;5,7,3'-trihydroxy-6,4',5'-trime thoxy-isoflavone ( Ⅱ ) ;5,4'-dihydroxy-6,7-methylenedioxy-isoflavone ( Ⅲ) ;5-methoxy-4'-hydroxy-6,7-methylen edioxy-isoflavone(Ⅳ)were isolated from ethylacetate extract of the ethanol extract from Iris, halophila Pall. root, the structures of the four compounds were elucidated on the basis of UV,IR,MS and NMR data and correlative documents. All compounds were first isolated from Iris, halophila Pall.%从喜盐鸢尾(Iris.halophila Pall.)根乙醇提取物的乙酸乙醇提取部位中分离得到4个异黄酮类化合物,用UV、IR、MS和NMR等技术,结合文献,确定其结构为5-羟基-6,7,4′-三甲氧基异黄酮(Ⅰ)；5,7,3′-三羟基-6,4′,5′-三甲氧基异黄酮(Ⅱ)；5,4′-二羟基-6,7-亚甲二氧基异黄酮(Ⅲ)；5-甲氧基-4′-羟基-6,7-亚甲二氧基异黄酮(Ⅳ).这四种化合物均首次从喜盐鸢尾(Iris.halophila Pall.)中分离得到.
