A new carbazole-based probe 1 was synthesized by condensation of 3-formyl-9-ethylcarbazole and 2-picolinyl hydrazide . Probe 1 exhibits selective fluorescence recognition to Cu 2+in CH3CN-H2O(9/1,v/v,HEPES 0.02 mol· dm-3,pH=7.0)solution with a noticeable fluorescence intensity enhancement .Except Co2+behaves slight interference ,other metal ions such as Ni 2+,Hg2+, Ba2+,Mg2+,Ag+,K+,Ce3+,Mn2+,Pb2+,Na+,Sr2+,Zn2+,Cd2+,Cr3+and Fe3+do not induce such fluorescence changes and have no significant influence on Cu 2+recognition process .% 由3-甲酰基-9-乙基咔唑和吡啶2-甲酰肼缩合制备了一种基于咔唑的结构简单的探针分子1。探针1在CH3 CN-H2 O(9/1,v/v,HEPES 0.02 mol· dm-3,pH=7.0)溶液中对Cu2+具有良好的选择性,且表现为荧光增强。除了Co2+具有轻微干扰外,其他金属离子如 Ni2+,Hg2+,Ba2+,Mg2+,Ag+,K+,Ce3+,Mn2+,Pb2+,Na+,Sr2+,Zn2+, Cd2+,Cr3+和Fe3+对Cu2+的识别无显著干扰。
