考察了溴化N-烷基吡啶存在下的2'-羟基查耳酮碱催化环化反应及动力性质.结果表明,溴化正丁基吡啶能有效促进NaOH催化2'-羟基查耳酮转化为黄烷酮,在室温下反应2h,黄烷酮产率达89.4%;碱催化环化反应为一级反应,当溴化正丁基吡啶作增敏剂时,该反应的表观活化能将从161.9KJ/mol降至18.07KJ/mol.%The cyclization reaction and kinetic character of 2'-hydroxychalcone under alkaline with N-alkylpyridinium bromide had been researched. The results showed that n-butylpyridinium bromide could effective enhance the sodium hydroxide to catalyze 2'-hydroxychalcone converting into flavanone. When the reaction temperature was 20℃ and reaction time was 2 h, the yield of fiavanone production was 89. 4%. The cyclization reaction was first reaction. The reaction activity energy was decreased from 161.9 KJ/mol to 18. 07 KJ/mol with n-butylpyridinium bromide as sensitizer.
