The oscillation reaction in radix isatidis -Acetone- KBrO3 - MnSO4-H2SO4 was studied using oscillating technology. The oscillating behaviors of radix isatidis were determined at different concentrations and temperatures. The oscillating density scope, osclillating induction phase, oscillating period and oscillating life of this system were recorded. The apparent activation energy were calculated by the Arrhenius equation as follows: the apparent activation energys for induction phase was 135.054 kJ/mol, and oscillating period was 71. 802 kJ/mol. The effect of the oscillation reaction was investigated by additives such as tea, alcohol, milk. The results showed that the fingerprint of radix isatidis could be used to distinguish radix isatidis.%采用振荡技术,研究了中草药及中成药板蓝根-丙酮-溴酸钾-硫酸锰-硫酸的振荡反应新体系的振荡指纹图谱.测定了不同浓度,不同温度下板蓝根的振荡反应图谱,得到了不同温度、浓度下的反应诱导期、振荡周期及振荡寿命,得出诱导期表观活化能Ein=135.054kJ/mol,振荡周期平均活化能Ep=71.802kJ/mol;初步研究此反应的机理,并考察了添加物如茶、乙醇、牛奶等对振荡行为的影响.结果表明:实验所得的板蓝根振荡指纹图谱对辨识板蓝根有一定的作用.
