流动注射分析法测定制革排放污水中的铬(Ⅵ)

         

摘要

为了监控制革排放污水中的六价铬含量,建立了一种简单精确、灵敏、选择性强的流动注射分析方法,在硫酸介质中六价铬与茜素蓝S溶液产生颜色反应,溶液在510nm波长处有最大吸收,显色程度与六价铬浓度线性相关,从而可用此法定量检测样品中六价铬的浓度.在最佳实验条件下,六价铬浓度在5.0×10<'-6>mg/ml~1.0×10<'4>mg/ml范围内,与显色程度呈良好的线性关系,线性方程为y=459.47x+6.089,其中R<'2>=0.9948.相对标准偏差RSD为2.31%,与国标法比对误差在±5%.%In order to determine the content of Chromium (Ⅵ) in tannery effluent, established a simple, accurate and high selective Flow Injection Analysis (FIA) method. The paper shows that in sulfuric acid, Chromium (Ⅵ) can cause a colour reaction with the Alizarin Blue S (ABS) which has the maximum absorption wavelength at 510 nm. The determination of Chromium (Ⅵ) is carried out by measuring the intensity of color change, and they are linearly dependent . so we can use this method to determine the content of Chromium ( Ⅵ ). The rage of measurement is from 5. 0 × 10-6 mg/ml - 1.0 × 104 mg/ml and the regression equation is y=459.47x + 6. 089, with a relative standard deviation (RSD) of 2.31%. By Comparing with National Standard Method of China, the error is within ±5% which meets the requirements.
