蔬菜中溴氰菊酯农药残留的β-CD包结荧光光度法测定

         

摘要

The supramolecular interaction between deltamethrin and β-cyclodextrin was studied by spectrofluorimetry.The results show that β-cyclodextrin reacts with deltamethrin to form an inclusion complex with an association constant of 139L/mol.The composition of the complex is 1: 1 (β-CD:deltamethrin).Based on the significant enhancement of fluorescence intensity of deltamethrin in inclusion complex,a spectrofluorimetry method with high sensitivity and selectivity was developed for the determination of deltamethrin in aqueous solution.Under the optimum condition,the complex had maximum excitation and emission wavelengths at 339nm and 380nm,respectively.The linear range of the method was 0.004×lO-6g/mL-O.056×10-6g/mL with a detection limit of 0.0027× 10-6g/mL,and the relative standard deviation was 1.9%.The recoveries of deltamethrin are 97.5% -103.8%.And determinate the synchronous fluorimetry spectra of deltamethrin, the maximum emission wavelength at 280nm,The linear range of the method was 0.12 × 10 -9 g/mL-1.02 × 10-9 g/mL with a detection limit of 0.106 × 10 -9 g/mL, and the relative standard deviation was 0.4%.We find that synchronous fluorimetry have higher detection limit.This method have better application in the future.%利用荧光光谱法探讨了β-环糊精(β-CD)与农药溴氰菊酯(Deltamethrin,DM)间的超分子相互作用,证明β-环糊精与溴氰菊酯可形成1:1的超分子包合物,包合常数为139L/mol,在λex/em=339/380nm处发射强荧光.据此,建立了测定水溶液中溴氰菊酯的荧光光度分析方法.在0.004~0.056×10-6g/mL浓度范围内,溴氰菊酯荧光强度与浓度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r为0.9995,检出限为0.0027×10-6g/mL,相对标准偏差为1.9%.该体系的抗干扰能力及稳定性好,对实际样品进行了分析,回收率为97.5%~103.8%.同时测定了溴氰菊酯的同步荧光光谱,在0.12~1.02×10-9g/mL浓度范围内,溴氰菊酯同步荧光强度与浓度也呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r为0.9992,检出限为0.106×10-9g/mL,相对标准偏差为0.4%.证明同步荧光法有较低的检出限,有较好的应用前景.
